The Department of Christian Education continues its tradition and commitment to online self-service.  We have been very successful in pre-registering almost 4,000 persons for the conference by our pre-registration online deadline of Friday, June 15, 2012. 

 

All registrations going forward will need to be processed onsite in Orlando.

We are almost there and final preparations are in place for your attendance at the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church Connectional Youth & Young Adult Conference(CYYAC12).  As part of our attempt to streamline the Registration Check-In, please note that we have prepared a listing of all persons registered as of today, June 29, 2012.  Persons who have outstanding balances should come to ON-SITE Registration in the Gatlin2 Registration Desk to Check-In.  As you review this report, you may identify corrections or substitutions.  For those persons who submitted late registrations or substitutions (after 6/15), the staff at ON-SITE Registration will assist in clearing your issues.  In doing so, the Registration Data will be corrected for use throughout the conference and planning for future.  We look forward to seeing you in Orlando.
